Day 3 of In between time

Today’s workout was Pilates Fix Extreme.  This is NOT my favorite.  The first time I ever tried Pilates was when I first did the 21 Day Fix Extreme program.  I can’t tell you how frustrated I was using the band.  It is still not my favorite workout, but I have come a long way since my first time using the band.  Remember if it doesn’t challenge you, them it won’t change you:) #noexcuses
