3 Week Yoga Retreat day 7

Today’s Yoga workout was broken into three 10 minute parts:  an AM session, a PM session, and an Ab workout.  I ended up doing them in a row because time wise that is what worked for my day.  I liked the breathing and the stretching.  It felt good.  I especially liked the 10 minute Abs.  It wasn’t too strenuous, but the movement felt good.  My back is feeling better each day.  I am missing my usual workouts, but I am enjoying yoga more than I thought I would. #noexcuses
