3 Week Yoga Retreat day 19

TGIF!  For some reason it has been a long week.  Today’s workout was Flow on the Go.  It was 20 minutes of putting all of our moves together.  It was challenging.  My flow still need a lot of work, but that’s okay.  There is plenty of room for improvement so I have decided to go for another round of yoga along with my usual workout on Monday.  #noexcuses
