22 Minute Hard Corps Day 22

Well week 4 of the program has begun.  Today’s workout was Resistance 3.  One of the moves was particularly challenging.  You had to hold a weight to your shoulder and get down and lay on your back and get back up again.  I ended up taking the weight out of it and focusing on getting up and down.  I can’t stress enough how important it is to modify when you need to do it.  I was struggling when I was using the weight.  Instead of just skipping the move altogether I put the weight down and focused on the move.  Was I frustrated?  Definitely, but I didn’t want to give up.  Giving up is not going to get me anywhere.  It really is all about progress, not perfection.  #noexcuses
