21 Day Fix Extreme Day 6

 Today’s workout was Dirty 30.  I have to admit I love the name!  It is exactly that – 30 minutes getting down and dirty in your workout!   It was cardio with light and heavy weights.  In the move shown here it is all about balance – not easy at all when you are holding weight, but it was a great core workout.  At times I had to add a toe tap so I could keep my balance, especially when I was on my right leg ( I am a lefty through and through!)

Typically I like to sleep in at least one day during the weekend.  However, with this program I also decided to workout first thing in the morning and then have breakfast to see if changing things up in this way would change my results.   So I woke up this morning and got to work.  There was something peaceful about being the only one awake in the house and just getting my workout done with no distractions!  Now it’s time to enjoy the long weekend!  #noexcuses
