21 Day Fix Extreme Day 13

  Dirty 30 was today’s workout.  It is basically a cardio workout – lots of sweat!  I have to be honest here.  I didn’t jump out of bed and get right to it today.  I woke up feeling really tired.  It’s times like this that I knew I needed to listen to my body.  So I slept in and decided to do some reading – in bed – and it felt great.  Then I made myself my shake and did my workout in the afternoon instead.  We all have those days and it’s okay, but I still got it done and I’m glad I did!  #noexcuses
