21 Day Fix Extreme Day 12

  Cardio was the workout of the day.  Nothing like some heart pumping moves to end the week!  I like this workout.  It moves pretty quickly which I like.  Again, heavy and light weights are used.  I used 5lb and 8 lb weights.  I am going to try my 10 lb weights next week to see how that feels.  As much as I am enjoying using weights with my cardio, I also like that the workout incorporates classic moves like running in place and jumping jacks.  #noexcuses
