Today begins week 3 of this program – the final week!  We start off with Total Body Cardio Fix.  I stuck with 5 pound weights today because my lower back is stiff and when I tried using the 10 pound weights it was putting too much strain on it.  I didn’t let this stop me from getting my workout in.  I just lessened the weight and still pressed play.  Consistency is the key to seeing results.  If I only worked out on the days that I felt like it or that everything was perfect (not even sure what that is) I would probably never get to it.  Being consistent means showing up even on the days when it’s hard to do so!  Never miss a Monday – it definitely sets the tone for your week!  #noexcuses
