21 Day Fix Day 13

Saturday means Dirty 30 time!  This is definitely one of my favorite workouts!  I love using weights and cardio.  It isn’t always easy to wake up on the weekend and get a workout in, but after my 30 minutes are done, I feel great!  I focus on that and get to it.  If I let myself think about it for too long I can be tempted to talk myself out of getting my workout in. These are old habits.  They aren’t always easy to break!  One of the reasons I like working in a support group is because it allows me to check in with others who are experiencing the same thing AND it keeps me accountable!  #noexcuses
