  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • zest of 1/2 lemon


  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl.  Line a pan with parchment paper.  Spread mix in pan.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Cut into squares and enjoy!  You can store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer to eat later.
